Welcome cocktail, aperitif buffet, two first courses, two second courses with side dish, fruits and dessert, water, wine and champagne.

Inside the room can hold up to 140 people.

In the venue nearby the swimming-pool it is possible to accommodate about 200 people.

It can get married within the venue ?

Inside the Villa it is possible to celebrate civil weddings.

How many guests does your venue can accommodate overnight ?

The property has 4 rooms and a small apartment to accommodate a total of 15 people.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

The Villa is rented in exclusive use.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

We don't ask any extra fees as long as number of people won't be less than 80. If you are less than 80 we'll ask an extra of 10% on menu price.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

After midnight it can be played a lower music.

Do you offer parking ?

Outside the property we have a wide parking. Only for those that sleep in the property we assure an indoor parking.

Booking policy and procedures

At reservation we ask a deposit of Euro 500,00; a month before the event 10% on total amount and balance on the day of event.
